Daniel Radcliffe was catapulted to fame in 2000, when at just 11-years-old he won the titular role in the movie adaptation of Harry Potter And The Philosophers Stone. Fans, critics and J.K. Rowling - the author of the Harry Potter book series - all took Radcliffe to their heart upon the film's 2001 release and his charming portrayal has helped the franchise become the highest grossing film series ever, with total worldwide takings of over $5 billion. In July 2011 - at the age of 21 - Radcliffe will appear as Potter for the eighth and final time in the second installment of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.
